Today the plant is proud of the up-to-date and high-production technologies.

The experience of joining concrete with metal allows producing unique composite docks: they have reinforced-concrete pontoons and metal sidewalls. The application of heavy marine concretes on sulphate -resisting portland cement base for pontoon allowed to increase quality and life cycle of floating docks: their pontoon part (bottom, outsides, stock deck and bulkheads) are resistant to corrosion in aggressive sea water, so the maintenance expenses on such docks are lower then on the metal docks. A unique technology of caisson free longitudinal and lateral joining of the reinforced-concrete pontoons afloat from separate parts gives the opportunity to build the really huge docks, satisfying the requirements of the customers and Classification Societies as well. Their safety factor is so high that they can be towed through the ocean to the different parts of the world.
