The structural subdivisions such as main and auxiliary shops, departments and services of the plant management, auxiliary plant services have been created on the basis of production capacity of Kherson State Plant «Pallada» and plant staff of workers, engineers and employees. The structure of the plant and permanent schedules are confirmed by plant director orders. The nomenclature of jobs to be performed by every structural subdivision matches their destination and production capacities.
To the main subdivisions the following are referred:
- hull shops producing metal and reinforced concrete constructions, subdivisions which also carry out stockpile jobs related to the assembly of dock hulls and other constructions before their launch and fitting-out jobs after their launch;
- mechanical assembly shops whose tasks include assembly of different equipment mechanisms, production and assembly of pipelines and systems as well as the fitting-out jobs mutually with contractor organizations and related shops for fitting –out jobs, power plants adjustments and testing and submitting the constructions to the customer;
- transport-storehouse shop provides jobs connected with plant materials and equipment delivery, their storage and distributing them to the shops for the orders to be completed. The tugs and other water traffic belonging to this shop, are involved in the order transfers from the dock chambers, their installation on the finishing building berths and also in testing area to try by submersion;
- central plant laboratory executes different trials and researches of materials delivered to the plant and monitors the quality of metal and reinforced constructions produced by the shops;
- the departments of plant management including technical, production, financial-economical, accounting department, department of technical control, labour and salary management, etc. and also the services such as : marketing, labour and ecology security service, technical supply of materials and machinery, port activity and other provide good industrial and economic efficiency of Kherson State Plant «Pallada» and competitiveness at home and world production market.
