The proof of it is many awards from the authoritative Ukrainian and international rating organizations.
Kherson State Plant « Pallada» won the following prizes and awards:
- In 2004 - Honourable Diploma «The best enterprise of Ukraine» in the nomination of shipbuilding;
- In 2005 – «The Order of Honour» by the Presidium of International Personnel Academy for high achievements in the field of economic development of Ukraine, introduction of the newest scientific- technical product development in the shipbuilding and for the effective international cooperation;
- In 2006 - International Committee of Nominations of European Assembly (Oxford, Great Britain) recognized «Pallada» as one of the best enterprises in Europe in the field of shipbuilding and awarded it the Honourable diploma «The best European enterprises » and with the Honoured Award.
- In 2007- awarded with the National Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and engineering « For creation, launching the production, widespread implementation of the new, competitive on the world market national floating composite constructions».
Before that the staff of the plant was awarded the following prizes:
- In 1981- National Prize of the USSR for creation of specialized ship-repairing technology;
- In 1983 - National Prize of the Ukraine for creation and delivery for export and home market mass-produce of composite floating docks with different functions.
